Product Description
The machine is applicable for the transverse cutting of various roll materials into sheet, like Al-foil laminated paper, white board, adhesive paper, glassine paper, kraft paper and special paper. The electric system consists of world-advanced PLC, 6.4" touch screen, frequency converter, photoelectric sensor and Japan Matsushita AC servo motor drive etc. The control method of the machine is advanced that the speeds of main engine, servo motor and feeding motor are controlled by the computer, which can realize synchronous operation, with the characteristics such as high precision of cutting, high speed and convenient feeding etc. When the photoelectric tracing color code exceeds the set effective range or the external Hall sensor has malfunction, the machine can automatically stop, which will help users to accurately and rapidly eliminate the malfunction and reduce the occurrence of waste products and bring more economic benefits and social benefits.
